Getting service at Toyota of Easley is always a breeze. I love the dealer. I have one question, My car is two years old but only has 11000miles on it. The service I just got was the 20000mile service. 3 hours for an oil change, tire rotation, E. F.I and T.E.C. is unacceptable. They also do not have Mobil 1 oil. At a previous service, they were promoting Mobil 1, and I used it, and also won a F.I and T.E.C. is unacceptable. They also do not have Mobil 1 oil. At a previous service, they were promoting Mobil 1, and I used it, and also won a free Mobil 1 oil change. But I can't use the free Mobil 1 oil change certificate if Toyota of Easley doesn't carry Mobil 1. I expressed my frustration them not having Mobil 1 oil the week prior to my appointment for this vehicle. I would have thought the service representative would have made sure they had Mobil 1 oil on hand for when I was bringing my wife's vehicle in for service the next week - NOPE! More
