That service sucks! When I got my car the headlight trim was pulled out so I called Lucia and she said she will call the technician, she did, he fixed th3 headlight trim When I got my car the headlight trim was pulled out so I called Lucia and she said she will call the technician, she did, he fixed th3 headlight trim but when I got into my car I saw my windshield has a crack about an inch so I called Lucia again and this time she denied that it was from them I even tried to tell her you guys took a picture of my car when I got here. We both know my windshield do not have anything when I brought it here. She reasoned out it could've been a small rock hit it and it just got worse after the complimentary car wash they offered. I'm the owner and been driving my car I would've known if it has been there. I tried calling their service department Jose Rocha the service department manager as he introduced himself. Told me I should call my insurance, like what? I should call my insurance for something that they did to my car, are you kidding me? Even asked me to stop by for him to show me how it happened but never offered to fix my broken windshield. Like wow! I just can't, it happened in your facility and I have to have my insurance fix it. Seriously. You guys are joke! Never coming back to that place for any service! If I could give you zero star I would! More

Professional, polite, well-organized, great communication. The metal skid plate under my car fell off 3 days after my repairs but I reinstalled it correctly and replaced the missing bolts mysel communication. I know this is common on my model if they do t re-install it correctly. More
