Very disappointing experience. We were promised that a specific vehicle was available, only to be told it was at another dealership. We were then assured it would be delivered to t We were promised that a specific vehicle was available, only to be told it was at another dealership. We were then assured it would be delivered to this location within a few hours and that they would even bring it to us for a test drive. Three hours later, I called to confirm everything was still on schedule, and they assured me the vehicle was on its way **TWO HOURS AFTER BEING PHYSICALLY AT THE DEALERSHIP**. Then, two hours after that, they called to say the car was no longer available because it had been sold. This was an enormous waste of our time and could have been avoided with better communication. Making promises they couldn't keep and repeatedly giving us inaccurate information was extremely unprofessional. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this dealership. More

I really quite unhappy with the cost of an oil change. The additives are expensive and you get the impression that if you don't use the car will fall apart. I paid $191.00 for this oil change and I think that is a bit pricey. You also do not take credit cards without a fee, your company should be ashamed. So you absorb the fees, but not LaFontaine. I will not be going back to LaFontaine for anything, because I can get an oil change anywhere for what you charge and I can use my credit card and get points. Thanks for the opportunity to express my opinion, end of story! More
