I took my car in for a recall. They called me after it was finished and told the guy to leave keys with receptionist since I wouldn’t be able to make it when body shop closes at 5. They had no paperwork was finished and told the guy to leave keys with receptionist since I wouldn’t be able to make it when body shop closes at 5. They had no paperwork done so the lady had no idea what to do so she got a manager. They did offer other options but it was a inconvenience for me and needed my car. After waiting for a half hour they figured out to look at my tag number on vehicle from the work done and find the keys. The manager and receptionist were nice but the dealership was unorganized along with the call setting up for appointment. More

I stopped on Wednesday and Thursday I was driving off the lot with my new car. Everything went so fast, couldn't have asked for a better experience from the time I was met in the parking lot to the time spe lot with my new car.
