The new car manager Terance Gregory was a pleasure to work with. He went out of his way to help me complete the sale of my new truck and I am very appreciative of him and he should be recognized for his work with. He went out of his way to help me complete the sale of my new truck and I am very appreciative of him and he should be recognized for his excellence! However, it was extremely difficult to get thru your dealership's process. You were very much not understanding of the fact I have some personal sensory issues with sound . That along with having a lot of trouble getting my phone and computer to work with your Saturn software. You were overall as a group rather difficult to work with and extremely untimely in returning phone calls except Terrance who was a true professional. Even your GM who I contacted who promised he'd call back in trying to resolve some sales issues never did infact ever call me back . When I asked 5 different times to speak with the owner. I was told hes much to busy to bother even after weeks of waiting to get some issues resolved. The amount of my own valuable time that was wasted attempting to communicate with your team, waiting several weeks for return calls an text messages seemed to not be valued on your end . It seams much more priority is given to customers that are physically in your dealership vs. Customers that are out of state when the same priority should be given to any customer! All that said I would still concider buying another vehicle with you , but really only because Terrance is a great human being who seemingly was the sole person who really even cared about helping me. I strongly suggest that you have some alternatives in place for people like myself that aren't great with solving computer compatability issues. Additionally for people like me who struggle with sensory issues to have some alternative sales strategies in place . I own a long standing custom boat building & yacht interior renovation company. We very much respect our customer's time as well as their unique individual qualities. We have become rather good at catering to their needs which has led to many very satisfied repeat customers. While im sure your group of dealerships have had lots of success and satisfied customers, it couldn't hurt to improve your ways. The finance guy I spoke with was a disgrace. He was exteamly disrespectful to me and should be either be fired or go thru some serious training on how to properly speak with your customers. My truck was shipped to me an while the gentleman who delivered it to me was very professional , Your dealership didn't make any attempt to auctually coordinate shipping with my schedule and couldn't even provide me with the drivers name, the company he works for , or their contact which seemed a bit sketchy . The truck arrived in one piece but did have scratches on the driver's side painted running board and on the the area of th body above th tail pipe . These scratch still need to be professionally repaired as I expect my brand new truck to be in nothing less than flawless condition More
