Lack of communication. The general manager refused to speak with me. Even when I brought my car in for service he never came to talk to me to see why I wanted to talk to The general manager refused to speak with me. Even when I brought my car in for service he never came to talk to me to see why I wanted to talk to him. When I brought my car in for the service they did not identify that I needed a state inspection. They at first did not want to perform it. It does not appear they did the tire rotation. I am hesitant to for them to service my car again. More

Another great deal at Southern Jeep Ram Norfolk. Southern has been my go to dealer for my last six or more cars and trucks. I drive almost 3 hours to buy from Southern so that tells you something. Lowen Johnson in Sales does a great job finding the right vehicle and then he and General Manager Cameron Shaw work up a price that nobody beats,,,and I always shop price. Finance Manager Lauren Austin rounds out the experience with top shelf attention to detail and her kind assistance. A big part of choosing a dealer for me is service and I know from experience that Tina Dickenson in Service will keep my vehicles ready to roll at a fair price. More
