Unsatisfactory communication. My car was evaluated on a Saturday and by the following Friday (5 days later) information still had not been sent to warranty for approval. No actio My car was evaluated on a Saturday and by the following Friday (5 days later) information still had not been sent to warranty for approval. No action has been taken. I then stated that I would pay to get my car back and to order the parts. Saturday parts were ordered. Tuesday the information is submitted to warranty. Wrong parts arrive Wednesday. Correct parts arrive and car is ready Friday (Warranty also approved on Friday). If I had waited for the warranty request to be submitted no action would have been taken on my car for 7 days. I was told that it was busy and I arrived without notice. No mention was made that my car could not be seen for a week. I would have gone elsewhere. Part way through this, I left a message with the service manager - no call back received. The service rep was pleasant but lacked communication. More
