This was the easiest and fastest car-buying experience that I've ever had! I contacted LaFontaine at 9:30am, stopped in at 1:15pm and walked out with the keys to my new car at 3pm. Will never use LaFontaine when purchasing a vehicle. All arrangements to sign/close on paperwork, at the dealership, had been made. Because of this incompetence, I had to go to bank to obtain check, then go back to dealership to sign paperwork. Bottom line is that my experience was not good. More
