I made a service appointment. When I arrived they had no appointment for me. I left vehicle there for 5 days for them to look at check engine warning light. Service department n When I arrived they had no appointment for me. I left vehicle there for 5 days for them to look at check engine warning light. Service department never called me with update on work. When I called and got no answer or call back I finally drove to dealership to find out the status of the repair on my truck. More
