Calvin answered each of them, and even provided additional information via email for me to reference. He didn't go above my price range, explained the pros and cons of various options I was considering, arranged for the return of my rental when I found THE car, and picked up my vehicle from the office during the work day, tonhave the options installed. I'm sure everyone at the dealership is good, but I hit the jackpot with Calvin. He's obviously very knowledgeable and experienced - but what I appreciated most was his humor and friendliness. Dan, in service, was also extremely nice... and patient. An important distinction when dealing with me. Adam in finance made a very dull procedure interesting and enjoyable. He explained each of the various warranty options, and helped me decide which would benefit me the most. More

He actually let us take a car home and drive it for a day...in a snowstorm(!)...so that we would be confident in our purchase. He also personally took care of making sure our registrations included the park passport after the paperwork had been initiated without them.
