There are no words on how upset I am. Not happy at all way too much to type out. To sum up what occurred at this location. I am trying to get out of a KIA that was purchased from Hyundai Not happy at all way too much to type out. To sum up what occurred at this location. I am trying to get out of a KIA that was purchased from Hyundai of Wesley Chapel by a Lier sales person (Ceaser no longer there) and a sales manager (which I can not remember his name but is no longer there) because I was forced into this car and it is about to hit 50,000 which nothing will be covered. I was told since 2017 when I started purchasing cars from Hyundai to bring back the car before it hits 50,000 because we can still make money on the car. Which I have been doing, but this is the 2nd experience that I have had which I was treated disrespectfully along with feeling like I was just a number. I am waiting on corporate to contact me back because this is not how you should treat people. I know how dealerships work my uncle owned one back in New Jersey and I am not stupid when it comes to this type of thing. Also my family started buying from Hyundai but then switched because of how they were treated and I did not believe them until it has happened to me. They need to hire more people like Justin he is the service manager there and he is just an amazing person. More

I have no idea who Justin Worell is - I was helped by Leonard and Caleb. They were both great and got me what I needed. However, due to the business of the store and the shortage of staff on-site (some h Leonard and Caleb. They were both great and got me what I needed. However, due to the business of the store and the shortage of staff on-site (some had to call out), the process felt very rushed and several technological issues came up that stalled the sale. After leaving the dealership, I found out that they were supposed to reset the Bluelink account so the previous owner wasn’t on there, and they hadn’t. I also did not get to leave with the Bill of Sale, or any of the documents I signed. It took them well over a week (and after I called multiple times asking for it) before they finally emailed the Bill of Sale. Further, my car was not properly examined before I purchased it. I had to bring it back the next day after the steering wheel kept vibrating while driving on the highway. Parts & Service inspected the vehicle a second time, thinking this was the pre-sale inspection, and found the car needed new tires, new wiper blades, and some filter changes. Why were these issues not caught during the first inspection, when I purchased the car the day prior? I understand that the Wesley Chapel location is a larger store, and therefore get more customers, but having issues overlooked and being forced to wait for my Bill of Sale makes me feel undervalued as a paying customer. I will unfortunately not be looking to purchase any future cars from this Hyundai location. More
