They constantly use the AI assistant (which is a joke) or ship you online. I understand cost/benefit and gaining efficiencies, but that doesn't mean cutting off human interactions entirely. Horrible and not good business practice. You really need to take another look at your internal procedures or at the very least, hold people accountable for fulfilling customer service. There are other Ford dealerships that do answer their phone and I have no problems driving further.
