Our car-buying experience at Toyota of North Austin was extremely disappointing, both during the purchase and in the follow-up afterward. We felt the sales interaction was disrespectful and unprofession extremely disappointing, both during the purchase and in the follow-up afterward. We felt the sales interaction was disrespectful and unprofessional. My family was uncomfortable, and I later asked the dealership to have someone else handle our concerns. When I returned to address the problems, I did not feel that management acknowledged or took our experience seriously. The vehicle was delivered without being properly cleaned, with low fuel, and without the floor mats listed in the vehicle’s equipment paperwork. We had to purchase gas on the way home. I sent the dealership a photo showing the missing mats, the equipment listing, and documentation of the fuel purchase. My original online contact initially said she would help, but later told me she would pass the feedback to management and that it was outside her control. I was then directed to another salesperson to follow up about the mats. Several weeks later, we still have not received them. Customers should not have to chase multiple employees to receive items included with their purchase. What disappointed me most was the lack of ownership after we explained the problems and provided documentation. I regret purchasing from this dealership and cannot recommend it based on our experience. Before taking delivery, I encourage buyers to check the vehicle’s condition, fuel level, and every included accessory, and get any outstanding commitments in writing. I would welcome a management response that actually resolves the missing mats and addresses how our concerns were handled. More

A sales manager angrily told me and I quote: “You know what, I am running out of patience with you,” and my crime was that I refused to sign a document that had almost $5000.00 more than the price the sal what, I am running out of patience with you,” and my crime was that I refused to sign a document that had almost $5000.00 more than the price the sales representative agreed with me before I set foot at the dealership. Before this manager spoke to me that way, I had showed a document that proved the OTD price I agreed with the Sales Representative to another manager who also tried to get me to sign the buyer’s order with the hiked-up price. The Finance Manager was also very arrogant and mean. He was also not happy with me because I did not sign the higher priced document. More

I was put in touch with Jose through a mutual friend while I was looking for a new car. I had the easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had. I looked at the dealer website for the exact models I was l while I was looking for a new car. I had the easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had. I looked at the dealer website for the exact models I was looking at and I had the numbers for both models in 30 minutes WITHOUT having to be there. I liked what I saw , stopped by, text drove the Tacoma TRD sport , had the keys and was home in 1.5 hours. Insane to think about. Everything was exactly as stated. Not a single difference from what he said to what I saw on paper. Even Lorenzo in finance was amazing. After my 3 years is up, I’ll be back y’all. 10/10 excellent working with you jose, and thank you Toyota of north Austin! More
