Sales people are not familiar with several options the newer vehicles have, mainly the newer tech stuff but they are willing to help get answers if there are any. Trouble is the buyer is not made aware of newer vehicles have, mainly the newer tech stuff but they are willing to help get answers if there are any. Trouble is the buyer is not made aware of some of the things the vehicle has that are not talked about so the buyer just doesn’t use the option or never knows it’s available to them. There are to many managers “chiefs” sitting at the desk in the main room so working out a deal with the sales person is time consuming. There also seems to be some confusion around what new vehicles will be arriving and when they will arrive at the dealership which can make the buyer want to look elsewhere. More
