David Tieman was very helpful in reviewing the airbag required to replace the airbag recall of May 10, 2023. The airbag was ordered on March 15, 2024 and Coral Springs GMC is still waiting for it. Whil required to replace the airbag recall of May 10, 2023. The airbag was ordered on March 15, 2024 and Coral Springs GMC is still waiting for it. While Coral Springs has always been prompt and efficient, GMC corporation & customer support is extremely poor. Imagine driving a vehicle for almost 1 year with a confirmed recall on an airbag which “may rupture causing serious injury or death”! Our Buick Enclave is excellent, GMC customer support is severely lacking. More

The dealership has beautiful stores with beautiful cars. Honda. Kia. GMC. Buick. Nissan. The managers and the salesman are really patient nice and honest. Not going back Service rep didn't take the time to listen to my concerns he rushed me outta the department and off the phone I was frustrated today. I have a problem paying my money and staff can give me proper service. I will drive further out before going back to this dealership. Louis is like he's from Russia always rushing and acting crazy.
