I feel like a valued client. . No playing games, they always seem to try and work with me to get me a great deal in what I ask them im looking for. Pierre Jean in sales always let . No playing games, they always seem to try and work with me to get me a great deal in what I ask them im looking for. Pierre Jean in sales always lets me know when he can work best with me. And Mike borno in f&I is always no pressure with me! And Paul the sales manager was spot on professional and actually nice not a stick in the xxx type like some managers are!!! I wonder why its the 4th vehicle in a row that I've leased. The only reason I debated to going elsewhere is gm doesnt make it easy to purchase at lease end which sometimes is what I like to do. So thanks to these guys they kept me with gm, otherwise I almost went elsewhere, only for that reason. Coral springs honda lost me as a customer due to a change in values. These guys keep not disappointing! More

David Tieman was very helpful in reviewing the airbag required to replace the airbag recall of May 10, 2023. The airbag was ordered on March 15, 2024 and Coral Springs GMC is still waiting for it. Whil required to replace the airbag recall of May 10, 2023. The airbag was ordered on March 15, 2024 and Coral Springs GMC is still waiting for it. While Coral Springs has always been prompt and efficient, GMC corporation & customer support is extremely poor. Imagine driving a vehicle for almost 1 year with a confirmed recall on an airbag which “may rupture causing serious injury or death”! Our Buick Enclave is excellent, GMC customer support is severely lacking. More
