After having the vehicle a few days, there were some service issues that needed addressing. Taylor was incredibly kind and efficient in getting me fixed up and back on the road. I look forward to working with her in the future, should the need arise. (Unrelated, but it will not give me the option to select Cadillac as my make, but I leased a 2024 Cadillac Lyriq)
