No one wants to buy a new car but when it happens as in my recent situation where my last Jetta of 186,000 miles needed to be replaced mostly because I want to drive something newer. This dealership came through with flying colors with an energetic sale staff the sells a vehicle as if they were selling it to a family member not just anyone off the street. The service department manager took time from a busy schedule to answer my questions and give me the information I needed to move forward I needed to make an educated decision on my next purchase. Couldn't reccomend this dealership more wholeheartedly. More

They got us everything we wanted and even exchanged the car we got a week later when I changed my mind and we have free maintenance and service the entire lease with a free rental so that all you have to do is go to the dealership and hand them the keys for any service and when your lease ends without any worries. They are all so polite and trustworthy which is rare in a car dealership that I really recommend them and we are coming back to get my daughter a car in a few months. More

Capistrano VW made purchasing a new Tiguan about as easy as possible. Although they did not have the Tiguan on the lot I was looking for Buddy called 15+ dealerships to find the right car. I had a small issue with the center console a few days after picking up the Tiguan and Capo VW handled the situation in a timely and well communicated manner. He was very courteous and patient, showing us all the neat features the Passat has. Nick, the manager, listened to our needs and was very accommodating. Joey also helped us and handled our paperwork swiftly, so we didn't have to wait forever. I am adding Buddy to the review because he was the one to answer my online request for information, and sent me a very informative video of the car I was interested in.
