During my recent vehicle purchase, I was assured that the offer for my trade-in vehicle represented the maximum possible value, with the dealership reportedly making a minimal profit on the transaction. Howe offer for my trade-in vehicle represented the maximum possible value, with the dealership reportedly making a minimal profit on the transaction. However, a review of their used vehicle inventory a few days later revealed that my former trade-in was priced $8000 above the amount I received. It is very disheartening to see as someone who has given this dealership so much business over the years. More
