Preowned I did purchase a certified preowned vehicle from your dealership, however on the way home with the particular vehicle the check engine light came on, I did purchase a certified preowned vehicle from your dealership, however on the way home with the particular vehicle the check engine light came on, upon further review the oxygen sensor bad, the vehicle only had 19,400 miles on the odometer. The following morning I had taken said vehicle to service to have sensor replaced, waited 2 hours only to be told they didnt have the part on hand so I had to take the vehicle home and wait another day for service to be done, I missed 2 days of work due to this issue. More

Nissan is willing to forgo the last two payments if you want to lease or purchase a new Nissan. It was Saturday July 28 and I had an appointment with my past sales consultant Derek Parker to review my options. Now let me tell you about Derek. I met Derek back in 2009 for the first time trying to lease a 2010 Maxima. Was very satisfied with both the car and lease terms, and Derek. Derek has been in the business for years. He has more knowledge of Nissan products then anyone I know and if he doesn't know which is rear he will get the answers. You never feel pressure from Derek. He make you feel like family. Well shortly after my appointment with Derek , we came to agreement on New Lease Terms for a 2018 Maxima (Plat) , which is my 9th leased Maxima. I found this to be super easy , they had the car i wanted with great lease terms. I say this again and again to anyone that will listen. If you want a great experience and great cars then go to Leith Nissan and ask for Derek Parker, you won't be sorry. My entire family has become Nissan fans and use Derek as there sales consultant. I look forward to visiting the service dept at Leith Nissan I truly get excited to be able take my car to be serviced by the team at Leith Nissan. Cheryl, the service manager, always gets involved with her cli I truly get excited to be able take my car to be serviced by the team at Leith Nissan. Cheryl, the service manager, always gets involved with her clients needs and ensures excellence with her service teams! Almost every time I come in for service, she inquires personally with me to ensure that I am getting 100% customer satisfaction! She directs her team to offer me the best prices too by using Nissan promotion savings coupons or package pricing! I have been a customer for at least 10 years and could not buy a car anywhere else due to my friends I have at Nissan in Cary! They are truly amazing! I just say "hats off" to a award winning service team that Bonnie, dealership manager, has at Leith Nissan in Cary! They will not let you walk out without truly getting excited to come back again! More

Life is best when you deal with June Rosas at Leith Nissan, Looked at used 2013 Nissan Rogue at my usual GM dealer and could not reach an agreement to buy. Went down the street to Leith Nissan of Cary, met Supe Looked at used 2013 Nissan Rogue at my usual GM dealer and could not reach an agreement to buy. Went down the street to Leith Nissan of Cary, met Super Sales Consultant Ms. June Rosas, and a couple of hours later became the proud owner of a 2015 Nissan Rogue - and it was a very pleasant experience. June was so helpful in selecting the car I wanted. She used the computer to assist us in looking over the inventory and selecting several possible cars that I might like. Then we went out on the lot and she took me to the one that best-matched my description of what I was looking for. After a short test drive, we sat down at her computer and bounced offers back and forth for a very short time until we shook hands on the trade of my used car for the Rouge. After returning the next morning with certified money, I was pressed for time for the rest of the day so I asked June if I could delay the overall detailed explanation of all the features of the car until I had a chance to study the owner's manual and formulate a listing of my questions of the features of the Rogue. She assured me that I could come back any time and she would explain all the features that I wanted help on. Several weeks later, I did make an appointment with June to help me and she sat in my car with me for two hours and answered all my questions that I had written down. She was so knowledgeable about every little detail of the car and it's components that I was amazed. She helped me set up all the options within the dash panel to include explaining and assisting me in tuning all the radio bands and stations. She is such a patient sales consultant, in fact, probably the absolutely best one I have ever met, and in my 83 years, and I have met some "doozies". I think I will vote for June to be Hillary's Vice President in the upcoming elections. More

Our pathfinder is still new so she made she we got the best deal on two new tires and while ordering them, accommodated us with a rental pathfinder!
