In the past, I've purchased two used Nissans vehicleds from other Nissan dealers in another city but I've always been happy with the service I've received. Leith Nissan's service is excellent. It's so eas from other Nissan dealers in another city but I've always been happy with the service I've received. Leith Nissan's service is excellent. It's so easy to schedule service. All the advisors I've had have been knowledgeable and friendly. This kind of attention makes a Nissan owner want to stay with Nissans. More

I brought my 2016 Nissan Altima in for its scheduled maintenance and a state inspection on November 3. I had a scheduled appointment and Bryan my advisor took my car right on time for its services Eve maintenance and a state inspection on November 3. I had a scheduled appointment and Bryan my advisor took my car right on time for its services Everything was done quickly and he explained everything that was done to my car to me. He even remembered to run my car thru the car wash without me even asking. That’s great customer service and that’s why I keep bringing my car here for its service More

Failure to adequately address customer concerns Bryan is egocentric. Not customer oriented. Cares nothing about longer term relationships. We began our journey on a dispute over the INFAMOUS Niss Bryan is egocentric. Not customer oriented. Cares nothing about longer term relationships. We began our journey on a dispute over the INFAMOUS Nissan CVT issue in the Rogue. It is well known. There have been service bulletins, court cases, and warranty claims up the wazoo. Not to mention the media and known consumer complaints. We bought the car preowned but prechecked. After a year the airbag warning indicator issue started. $2000 later and no help from dealer or Nissan for a safety fully contained item that should NEVER fail. Seriously, never had one fail in 20+ vehicles many owned over 10 years. We bit the bullet. Now a few months later the CVT light issue. $2000 more and this employee didn't care. Basically said the fail happens in their cars with MANY fewer miles. Basically admitting the lack of proper engineering and triggering the warranty for a particular purpose and warranty of fitness issue. But will not assist customer in the price. Neither will the service manager or Nissan (forget about the dealer general manager - never felt he needed to return a call). This dealership has no reason to exist and Bryan doesn't even pass calls to his manager as requested, in fact, intercepts them. He should be barred from ever being a service advisor again. Unfriendly, unethical, seriously devoid of any entrepreneurial culture. A real bad egg. Stay away from this dealership and Nissan generally and if you must go here; NEVER let Brian be your advisor. More

Took excellent care of me I had my 370z Roadster in for a dreaded issue with the power convertible top. Bryan took great care of me and Clint was very detailed on the work need I had my 370z Roadster in for a dreaded issue with the power convertible top. Bryan took great care of me and Clint was very detailed on the work needed. It was expensive, but it ALWAYS will be expensive to fix a power top. Soon after getting my car back the problem resurfaced. I was super anxious and prepared to be very disappointed. To my surprise and great pleasure Leith got me back in right away and resolved the problem without charging me additional money. They also gave me a clear road map on what would have to be done if and when the wiring harness eventually breaks due to age. I am extremely pleased and will return here for service in the future. Bryan was very informative throughout this whole process and I really appreciate him. More

Amazing Customer Service Let me start by saying I purchased a used car from a dealership that was not Leith Nissan. After purchasing my car only having it for 30 days I starte Let me start by saying I purchased a used car from a dealership that was not Leith Nissan. After purchasing my car only having it for 30 days I started having major problems. My car was a Nissan so I decided to contact Leith Nissan in Cary, NC to have it serviced. I clearly didn't know what the issue was. When I purchased my car from a outside dealer, I was supplied with a warranty so I felt like whatever it was it would get fixed. I took my Nissan to the dealership and had it dropped off, because I still had to work. I received a message from the dealership stating my advisor would be "Bryan Neal". And every since I had him he has been a lifesaver. My warranty company paid for all the parts and had them shipped. Bryan Neal, handled everything for me, even the things I was suppose to do with getting my car fixed. He was on top of them when it came time to have my parts delivered and all. He messaged me every time there was a change in any event with my car. He never missed a beat AT ALL. If it wasn't for Bryan Neal, I honestly would not have been able to do these things and I would have been lost when it came down to getting it fixed. When I received my car back it was cleaned and ran like a NEW CAR. I wish there was something more that I could do for him. Because he made my life so much easier, I didn't have to lift a finger. He is VERY PLEASANT, his COMMUNICATE SKILLS were so warming, and I felt like when I exited LEITH NISSAN I honestly made a new friend. Customer service goes a long way in this world and with out it we wouldn't have businesses and people wouldn't want to visit your establishment. I WOULD go back a million times because he made it worth that much. He deserves a RAISE!!! Thank You, Bryan Neal!! More

Just What I Wanted! I had a 2009, yellow, 370Z and loved it! So now it was time to upgrade to a 2020 370Z and Leith Nissan had exactly what I wanted in a beautiful new re I had a 2009, yellow, 370Z and loved it! So now it was time to upgrade to a 2020 370Z and Leith Nissan had exactly what I wanted in a beautiful new red color! My salesperson, Kathy Vitale was extremely helpful. She knew everything about the car and was such a help explaining the new features of the 2020. She made my purchase a relaxed, comfortable adventure. I felt under no pressure and was treated with upmost respect , making this the most enjoyable, painless car purchase, I have ever had! There is no question about it, I would recommend Leith Nissan to anyone thinking about a car purchase! And by the way, their Service Department is outstanding too! More

Preowned I did purchase a certified preowned vehicle from your dealership, however on the way home with the particular vehicle the check engine light came on, I did purchase a certified preowned vehicle from your dealership, however on the way home with the particular vehicle the check engine light came on, upon further review the oxygen sensor bad, the vehicle only had 19,400 miles on the odometer. The following morning I had taken said vehicle to service to have sensor replaced, waited 2 hours only to be told they didnt have the part on hand so I had to take the vehicle home and wait another day for service to be done, I missed 2 days of work due to this issue. More

Nissan is willing to forgo the last two payments if you want to lease or purchase a new Nissan. It was Saturday July 28 and I had an appointment with my past sales consultant Derek Parker to review my options. Now let me tell you about Derek. I met Derek back in 2009 for the first time trying to lease a 2010 Maxima. Was very satisfied with both the car and lease terms, and Derek. Derek has been in the business for years. He has more knowledge of Nissan products then anyone I know and if he doesn't know which is rear he will get the answers. You never feel pressure from Derek. He make you feel like family. Well shortly after my appointment with Derek , we came to agreement on New Lease Terms for a 2018 Maxima (Plat) , which is my 9th leased Maxima. I found this to be super easy , they had the car i wanted with great lease terms. I say this again and again to anyone that will listen. If you want a great experience and great cars then go to Leith Nissan and ask for Derek Parker, you won't be sorry. My entire family has become Nissan fans and use Derek as there sales consultant.
