Do not buy a car from this dealership. Once confronted they made even more repairs included fixing brakes that they had supposedly just replaced but refused to reimburse the $1,500 worth of repair that had to be made. An outside mechanic that fixed the car told us that there was no way the car should have passed inspection. Everyone was very dismissive towards us and kept saying "they can't see into the future" even though the parts were so rusty that they snapped backing out of a parking spot. Save yourself and go to a different dealership. They are not to be trusted. More

Have been trying since October to get a refund on the un-used portion of a tire warranty. I have sent several emails to the business manager (Raymond Borg) and phone calls to the General manager (Bill Da un-used portion of a tire warranty. I have sent several emails to the business manager (Raymond Borg) and phone calls to the General manager (Bill Dandurand). Have not received any phone calls back and the warranty company is not even showing my paperwork has been sent to them. It has been 2 months! It appears that once they have my money they are extremely unhelpful at getting me any of it back. Even though, when they sold me said warranty, I was promised abundantly that getting a refund for un-used portion was “no problem.” I will never do business with this dealership again! Certainly will always be hesitant about any extended warranties from now on as well. Terrible experience. Was counting on this money to use towards my kids’ Christmas. Hence the reason I started the process in October. Needless to say, I am extremely disappointed and frustrated! More

I had my first service at 10,000 after purchasing my used BMW X5 2013, purchased January 2021. The cost of the first service was roughly $3,000. At the time of purchase an employee who I do not remember to BMW X5 2013, purchased January 2021. The cost of the first service was roughly $3,000. At the time of purchase an employee who I do not remember told me the first service should be around $3,000.00. At the time of purchase, I explained this to the General Manager and he explained that average service should be $300.00. Well at my first service the cost was $3,000 not $300.00 as the General Manager had spoken to me at the time of purchase miles on vehicle was around 70,000 miles. This was my first 8,000 miles. I then took my vehicle in September 2022 because the oil light was on. When I have an engine light on I do not drive the vehicle except to bring it to service. Carol made the appointment for me and she made it very easy for me. Miles at this time around 82,000 miles. Dustin took my vehicle in and said I just need a top off. He said any BMW that he has owned he keeps oil and coolant in his vehicle. He then said I can bring my vehicle in anytime for a top off. I asked Dustin do I have any oil leaks or gaskets that need replacing? He said no don’t worry everything is fine. This conversation and top off with Dustin was on Friday September 9, 2022 the following Sunday my vehicle would not start. I had to have my vehicle towed to the Dealership. I received a text Monday September 12, 2022 acknowledging receipt of vehicle. The service department was lacking in communication beyond text. The time over the phone took one minute and was very helpful the text messages do not allow for back-and-forth conversation, text messages also do not allow for questions to be answered as the perception of the person sending the text feels they told me all I need to know. The vehicle was completed by Friday with a $4,000 charge. So, what is my dispute? My dispute is purchasing a used BMW X5 2013 from BMW of Ann Arbor, which is costing me an average of $3,500 a year. I spoke to the General Manager regarding my concern and discontent with purchasing this vehicle. I spoke some time about the problems and the General Manager replied well you gave me the money, as if implying I somehow am at fault for trusting his statement at the time of purchase, “I had this vehicle looked over and I trust the condition of the vehicle,” also gentle reminder he mentioned service would be $300.00. I replied, “yes I gave you the money based off the words that came out of your mouth.” Within the conversation the General Manager said he does not have a crystal ball. So how does one make sense of this conversation, the General Manager is stating the vehicle is fine and it is not fine, then he is saying, you gave me the money and he does not have a crystal ball. What does this say about service looking over the vehicle and what does this say about the General Manager and the value of his word. I have to say service has done a great job working on the vehicle except for Justin saying don’t worry everything is fine we looked over the vehicle. There seems to be a culture of pushing things under the table and not fully taking responsibility. The customer is the one who is paying the price more than one way in this situation. Did I mention that all their pay, vacation, health insurance etc. comes from the end user. Ultimately, I told the General Manager the purchase of this vehicle was for its safety and reliability. I have never been treated this poorly at a dealership, the stress of the lack of proper, honest, communication at the time of purchase was overwhelming, the lack of communication from service was exhausting, and the General Manager creating this huge snowball effect to the end user is unnecessary and I feel I and anyone else does not deserve what is going on in this dealership. This is my second lease with the Ann Arbor team. I drive all the way from Detroit because from service to sales this team is unmatched. The streamlined process from driving to signing is quicker than any de all the way from Detroit because from service to sales this team is unmatched. The streamlined process from driving to signing is quicker than any dealership I’ve ever been to but most importantly; the way they have treatment me over these last three years has been the most caring I’ve ever seen. This is more than a sale for them but they’ve made this into an enjoyable experience with a relationship that will last a lifetime. We’re family now and I wouldn’t have it any other way! More

This dealership is a wonderful group of true auto enthusiasts - many build custom cars on the side and/or race their cars (BMW and non-BMW). This includes the sales people, the mechanics and the serv enthusiasts - many build custom cars on the side and/or race their cars (BMW and non-BMW). This includes the sales people, the mechanics and the service advisors. Recently my 2017 330i came off lease and I decided to buy it; they offered far better financing terms than what I could have found on my own or expected. I am stunned to see some of the bad reviews on this DealerRater site; it is not at all in line with their Google and Facebook reviews. I am sure that if you come in with enthusiasm that you will be treated in kind and in a friendly yet professional way. More

Nick was a great CA, presenting the features of the i3 during the test drive and tried to locate the car nationwide to match our exact specs. In fact, out first contact came from Jennifer Reeve, who tried to know our needs. We had a VIP appointment scheduled and, as our CA was not available due to another unscheduled client, we were put to work with Nick, who was really nice. We were also greeted by Bryan who briefly explained the process. At not time we felt pushed to purchase the car. And, in the end, they came with a great offer, basically achieving our target price. Unfortunately, due other reasons not related to the dealership, we did not go for the i3. But I will definitely come back for my main car replacement in 2017. More

Superior product and service My wife and I were in the market for a SUV. We were debating between the Audi Q5 and the BMW X3. Alex Upshur was the sales man we talked to. There My wife and I were in the market for a SUV. We were debating between the Audi Q5 and the BMW X3. Alex Upshur was the sales man we talked to. There are not enough good things I can say about Alex. He is the definition of service. Alex spent a easy two hours with us test driving and explaining the car. We never felt pushed to make a decision. It felt that Alex thought it was more important for us to understand what we were looking to buy then whether we were going to actually buy the car. Because of it, it is our feeling that Alex hands down has been one of the best car sales men we dealt with. The team,as well, was great. Mo Beidoun helped out as well. We stopped in the dealer ship and Alex was with a customer. Mo introduced himself and spent time with us answering our questions and making sure we were taken care of until Alex was free. All and all it was a great experance. I will be back to see Alex for my next car. More

I ordered a new 2015 X3 for my wife, the ultimate present! Erick, whom we had met weeks earlier while looking for a CPO, Impressed me with his service and friendly manors. Naturally, he was the go-to guy for me. After ordering a blue w/tan interior, after the car was in production I discovered my wife was not fond of the blue, I almost choked! I couldn't believe it, Erick and sales mgr Bryan allowed me to order another X3 in Dk Brown and put the blue one in stock. I could go on endlessly, The best car buying experience I have ever had, bar none! More
