I was very pleased with the service I received from the sales department, particularly, Bryan. He knew his stuff and was proficient on all the Q-7's features. We have owned at least 10 Audi's over the years and are convinced that Audi's rank among the world's best motor vehicles. I have been a bit disappointed with the service department. This may be due to the reconstruction going on in the service area. I recently brought in our A6 Allroad for 50,000 mile service. In addition to that service the car had several recall notices. They had my car for about a week. They gave me a loaner, but I find it hard to understand why they scheduled me when they had to send for parts on the recall. I would think they would order the parts prior to having me bring in the vehicle. it is a small thing, but I would have preferred to drive my own car rather than a loaner. The service itself was excellent, but the scheduling could have been better. More
