This repair was covered by a technical service bulletin (TSB). Even though my truck was beyond its manufacturer's warranty, they reached out to Ford, and in my case, they were able to secure some financial assistance from Ford. After the repair, I asked to see some of the parts that were replaced, which they readily showed me. All of this helped me better understand the work that was done. The service advisor that helped me, Brooke, the parts advisor, James, and all of the techs I dealt with were friendly and helpful. This was my second experience with Glenn Polk Ford's service department and both times were better than I expected.

After many weeks of hunting around for ANY dealer to
service my E450 based motor home I learned about Glen Polk Ford and not only their ability to help but more importantly their willingness. About 2 y
service my E450 based motor home I learned about Glen Polk Ford and not only their ability to help but more importantly their willingness. About 2 years ago I took my motor home to them for some required routine maintenance & they took care of it rather quickly, efficiently and at a fair price.
More recently I needed more routine work done and once again they did what I needed and more.
To say I am a happy customer does not go far enough. I have 4 Ford dealers within a 15 mile radius of where I live, none will even listen to my issues. Glen Polk Ford is about a 100 mile round trip for me & I GLADLY go that distance to have reliable work completed. Actually it is closer to 200 mi because I take my machine to them and drive my car back home. When the work is completed I drive the car back to pickup the coach.
I normally do not make recommendations but for the Glen Polk Auto Group I gladly do recommend them!
