Overall, my last visit was OK. However, vehicle was returned to me with out all of the work being completed. Dealer was to fix all TPS sensors. Well I dropped my truck off to have a recall part fixed said it would only take 5 hours and got it back by the third day. Then realize my license plate boats and all we’re missing from my truck was told th said it would only take 5 hours and got it back by the third day. My most recent interaction with the service department has left me with little to no trust in them. I brought my vehicle in for a DEF reading issue. I was required to leave my vehicle for 2 - 3 days to al has left me with little to no trust in them. I brought my vehicle in for a DEF reading issue. I was required to leave my vehicle for 2 - 3 days to allow their only diesel mechanic had a backlog of customers ahead of me. I had to rent a vehicle for this period of time. The service writer told me I would be reimbursed by my warranty company if the cause of the DEf issue was covered. After 2 days I was told it was due to "low voltage readings" indicating a need foe 2 new batteries. Therefore, it eas not covered by my warranty. I paid over $700 for 2 batteries and $170+ for car rental out of pocket. I picked up the truck and drove home. The next afternoon I got the same DEF warning on my dash. I called my service writer who told me she couldn't do anything about it until Monday morning. So I brought it back Monday morning and after no more than an hour the shop manager told me they filled my DEF tank and I should call him directly if the problem persists. No one offered to reimburse me for the unnecessary costs I incurred by trusting their "word" about low voltage readings being the cause of the DEF warnings. No one even apologized for the cost and inconvenience of their mis-diagnosis. I don't know how I can trust this team again. It's truly a pity because I bought the truck at this dealership and have brought it back for every maintenance appointment for the last 6 years. More

Price and quality of the vehicle were very good, and Brook in the service department has been outstanding in helping to close out a few loose ends on the vehicle I purchased. The salesman I dealt with Brook in the service department has been outstanding in helping to close out a few loose ends on the vehicle I purchased. The salesman I dealt with left much to be desired… he barely spoke to me during the test drive and through out the entire transaction. Even after the purchase, he continually came across as arrogant and rude. More
