Worst service, masked by incompetence. Lies masked by “miscommunication”. Even after all the complaints, I finally got a response after I left a bad review on Yelp and Google. When I replied to that response by sending an email per their request, there was no response. Then Carfax asked for a review. I gave the same review. Then again I received a response. They had my email and my phone number after all the heck I went through. Why didn’t they just pick up the phone. Then the email response was that they never received the email. It was the same email address. 😂 Kia is a joke. I wouldn’t even buy a NEW Kia just so I never have to deal with them or their corporate customer service that could do nothing except be the messenger and a lot of good that did. 😂 More
