I come here because I refuse to go to Modesto Kia even though I live there. The service advisors here have always been nice but the last couple of visits have not been up to par. With my most recent 60k service there was a discount I had to request when it came time to pay when they were the ones that told me about it ($150.00 off $1,000 or more.) Nice discount but it should have been put on there by the advisor instead of me reminding them because I almost forgot. Also last 2 times I’ve went for service I didn’t receive a car wash. Over $1000.00 spent and no courtesy wash? Other than that, nice staff pricey services—the usual for a dealership. Scheduling is always easy and they’re pretty accommodating. More
