Appreciate the help in repairing broken trim on bumper. Plastic piece is a design flaw. They found the broken piece inside the bumper and your repair center removed bumper and snapped it back in place. It Plastic piece is a design flaw. They found the broken piece inside the bumper and your repair center removed bumper and snapped it back in place. It may not last as the plastic was broken but they fixed it faster than they anticipated and at no charge. Originally, Brock said I may need to go to a body shop and have the bumper replaced at my expense. I live 2.5 hours away and they really helped me out. Thanks! More
