Lots of back up and confusion on our delivery versus the Toyota Dealership we came from, the customer service isn’t very complimentary as well. Stuff was left in our car like plastic and number papers seat was all out of where I left it and all The change was stolen from my interior. This too was way different than the last place. Above it all you charged for a routine tire rotation, and had astronomical charge for misc which was shop supplies which is usually for in your labor rate. Your labor rate is also high compared to where we came from which had a higher cost of living compared to here. I’ll be honest I bought my 4 runner brand new a few years ago and had good experience. Will buy another in a few years and your dealership will not be getting the business based off all above. Regards More

I brought my car in because my brakes were making a gravely noise. They found some other items that needed fixed and did a great job. They let me know my brakes were just dusty and still in good workin gravely noise. They found some other items that needed fixed and did a great job. They let me know my brakes were just dusty and still in good working condition. I greatly appreciate them not trying to sell me brakes that I did not need. Blake was a great service advisor and Antony was a great technician. More

They were ready for me upon arrival. Needed to keep car overnight for incoming part. I was promised it would be done by my noon Dr appointment, but it wasn't, so I took an Uber, but was Needed to keep car overnight for incoming part. I was promised it would be done by my noon Dr appointment, but it wasn't, so I took an Uber, but was done by end of appointment so I Ubered back to dealership to pick up car. Now runs well. I am happy with the service. More

Brock was good but the fact that I just had my car in for service & no one chkd my oil cooler line is surprising. My expectation is that due to my car's age & how many other Highlander's hv had this problem. service & no one chkd my oil cooler line is surprising. My expectation is that due to my car's age & how many other Highlander's hv had this problem. I think the line should hv been checked during my service. I am not pleased that it wasn't part of my overall service check. More
