The rest of the service staff was courteous. Kevin was the representative I dealt with mostly, checking us in and making sure we had transportation following drop-offs of our Hondas for service. Willie was the best; even though he was pulled in many different directions, he still took the time to address all our concerns and answer our questions.
The only person(s) not met were the actual technicians that worked on our Hondas.
