I recently brought my M4 in for an oil change and inspection at Autohaus BMW of Maplewood, MO, and once again, the experience was outstanding. The team was professional, courteous, and extremely thor inspection at Autohaus BMW of Maplewood, MO, and once again, the experience was outstanding. The team was professional, courteous, and extremely thorough. They were fair with the pricing and transparent throughout the process. One touch I really appreciated was the excellent video they sent me at the end of the visit, which summarized the work performed and included a clear visual inspection of the underbody of the car. It was informative, detailed, and reflected the care and pride they take in their work. Over the years, Autohaus has consistently demonstrated strong ethics in servicing our family’s two BMWs. Their honesty, attention to detail, and genuine care for their customers have earned our trust and loyalty. These are kind, generous people who operate with integrity — a rare and valued combination. We are grateful for their excellent service and will continue to support them wholeheartedly. Disappointed… they did not test the fibs I brought in . . one was defective… went home realized not working now have to bring in car??? Autohaus BMW hires only exceptional people in all of their departments. They are honest, caring, polite and take care of all of your needs. My car was in for a recall, I initially took it to another dealer on Olive but after making an appointment and dropping the car off, the dealer took 2 days and never did anything so I made an appointm another dealer on Olive but after making an appointment and dropping the car off, the dealer took 2 days and never did anything so I made an appointment with Autohaus BMW. It took a week and a half to get the appointment, I attempted to get reassurance that the procedure wouldn't take longer than what the recall suggested. Britney was my service advisor who asked if I wanted the car washed which I appreciate, because the car was already clean and I usually spend more time then the dealer so I declined. The waiting area provides suitable snacks and drinks and two separate monitors to choose programming of your liking. The bathroom was clean! I wish the gift shop had more to choose. Otherwise, my car was delivered on time as promised and the entire procedure took about an hour and 15 minutes. I was provided with a link from a text and email to watch the video on the multi-point inspection, which is very useful to see that the work was actually performed and a picture says a thousand words. I don't normally do surveys but you folks earned it, and you were all on the same sheet of music, provide exceptional service with a good attitude, Thanks Dani for the good talk and service in the gift shop as well.
