Terrible scheduling policy. I made an appointment and waited 2 weeks for a simple oil change. Dropped my car off on time at 11am, I told them I just needed it done by 3pm. No I made an appointment and waited 2 weeks for a simple oil change. Dropped my car off on time at 11am, I told them I just needed it done by 3pm. No big deal right? I thought I was doing them a favor but they told me if I don't physically wait there IN the building, then I get kicked to "the queue" and my oil change may or MAY NOT get done that day. I I literally had to sit in a chair there and wait and could not leave. I would understand the policy if I had not made an appointment but why should they care if I'm there or not if I have made an appointment that I had to wait for two weeks? I work only 3-4 min away so just sitting around wasting time is beyond stupid. I will not be back to Autohaus BMW. If they can't get past policies that have no logic then I don't trust them for auto sales or future service. More

Let me first discuss the Brand. I have owner over 15 BMW's over the past 4 years and currently own a 2016 750i. After this latest vehicle I will likely never buy another BMW. T I have owner over 15 BMW's over the past 4 years and currently own a 2016 750i. After this latest vehicle I will likely never buy another BMW. The car has only 59k miles and I have had to invest over $18k in this car over the past several years with the most recent service costing $11k. The quality of this car and how it was built, resulting in this kind of expenditure is awful. Poor quality hoses, suspension issues, oil leakage from axle covers, etc. are just some of the issues that should not be happening on a car of this age and milage. As for the dealership, up until this last experience I loved Autohaus BMW. People were great and facility is beautiful. This last experience which cost be over $11k was horrible. The service rep was not knowledgeable, not friendly, hard to get ahold of and difficult to pull information from her. When I picked up the vehicle, she didn't seem to even want to talk to me about the repairs. Very cold reception. Seemed only thing they were interested in is finding more things to charge me for. Very disappointed experience. More

My experience with this dealership was amazing!
