We have experienced poor service the past 4-5 times. I took my Rav in for an oil change tire rotation service o mentioned that one tire was losing air. I had to return after a couple days because the sa I took my Rav in for an oil change tire rotation service o mentioned that one tire was losing air. I had to return after a couple days because the same tire was low, turns out they didn't rotate the tires. We took my husband's car for an oil change because we bought a package, it turns out the service crew lost his lugnut key so when he had a flat he couldn't get the tire off. I had my breaks done and have returned 3 times because they did not replace the pads correctly or resurface the rotors. When I did get my car back I am now missing a hubcap and was told they would order a replacement and that was over 2 weeks ago. I left messages but have not heard back. More
