Briana definitely tried to fully understand what I was looking for and why. She knew I was looking for CPO, but the specific one i was looking at had a deposit the night before. She did explain the inspection the dealership does on all the vehicles and put me at peace of mind with getting a used vehicle even though it wasn't certified. It also helped that I have worked with Executive Auto Group befire(Liberty Mazda and Liberty Honda) and have been very happy. I love the truck. One small issue did come up with the emissions system, but that was quickly addressed at no cost to me as it happened within a week of purchase. The sale of the vehicle went well although day of pick up was stressful. I was trying to look at the car for the first time in the dark, the computer system was not set up sucessfully and is still not set up was stressful.
