The dealership does an excellent job in sales and service. The service department works directly with me, each step of the way, when I bring my car in. The sale of the vehicle went well although day of pick up was stressful. I was trying to look at the car for the first time in the dark, the computer system was not set up sucessfully and is still not set up was stressful. I didnt get much education on the vehicle which is much different than my 13 y/o trade in. I had sales person and finance person both working with me at the same time. I love the vehicle but I feel the experience was incomplete and rushed. Thank you for asking. More
