When they call you to let you know your car is ready they lack any friendliness. When picking up my car the girl at the desk was too busy talking to coworker and appeared to have an attitude. She dismissed me without ever asking if I had any questions (my car, only a year old, had a lot to be looked into). When I spoke to Brian and asked about specific problems he seemed to care less about my questions. Overall experience was terrible.! More

For example $50 for putting a license plate bracket on the car after paying over $350 in labor and repairs seems crazy. More
