We were told that because we did not have my DD2214 on me at the time, that we would have to go thru Kia to get it. No one walks around with their DD214 on them like that. In in a secure place. So when I got a hold of Kia, they told me that I needed to do it thru the dealership. Kept giving me the runaround. That was the main problem I had with the purchase. More
