My friend Jay thatch bought a vehicle there and paid for the warranty and the warranty isn't worth the paper it's written on. The salesmen and managers lied to him and he is a disabled man. Soon after he bo the warranty and the warranty isn't worth the paper it's written on. The salesmen and managers lied to him and he is a disabled man. Soon after he bought it it cost him almost 600 in parts that they claimed wasn't under warranty and now it's broke again I'm less than a few years and it's also not warrantied. I don't recommend anyone do business with these crooks More

Horrible experience with a Warranty job. Very displeased with the whole situation. 21’ f-150 died in left lane of interstate with my family, to after 3 weeks my truck was at the dealership Very displeased with the whole situation. 21’ f-150 died in left lane of interstate with my family, to after 3 weeks my truck was at the dealership with no one knowing it was there, to being nearly 3 months my truck was at the dealership. Finally my truck was brought into the shop on a Friday morning and was ready to go Tuesday morning. All it was, was a bad fuel pump. this is the ‘high points’ of my displeasement More

I made an appointment to have my 2018 f 150 lariat fixed, there was a leak from the moon roof. I was told they get to it the next day. The next day they didn't call. I waited to the next day and was told it there was a leak from the moon roof. I was told they get to it the next day. The next day they didn't call. I waited to the next day and was told it would be reddy the following day. I called the next day it wasn't reddy. I called the next week, it had been a week and a half. And was told, it wasn't reddy. I told them I would be over to pick up my truck and have some other dealer to repair it. I thought since I made an appointment, that it would would repaired on that date. But it wasn't. I have always had good service at Lynn Layton ford. I have purchased several ford's from Lynn Layton over the years and never had a problem. I was always treated right at the service dept, no one else has ever serviced my vehicle's. I will now have to go to another dealer. More
