At first I was very pleased with my transaction, however that changes when I realized that they lied to me and pulled my credit a second time when I had already been pre approved. They didn’t bother looking for my first application, came to me saying to sign a form that they needed but were not pulling my credit. Was I surprised when I went into my bank and said your credit was dinged because it was pulled twice and the bank would not honor the original two months, no payment they had offered because it wasn’t the original application…during the holidays, this was a punch in the gut. All because they make more money creating the application themselves..and they flat out lied to my face. Never using them again!!! More

They are always extremely rude towards me, it's hard to ask them what the issue is with the car anytime I bring it in.
