I had a disappointing experience during my most recent visit. The latch used to open my hood was broken.m before my car could get serviced. I was told the car was 13 years old. The dealership stated that they did not break it, but it was not broken when I brought my vehicle in. I’m not sure what happened, but I know I didn’t damage it. I normally have great experiences at Regal, which is why this visit was so disappointing. I hope this issue can be looked into and resolved, as I value the service I’ve received there in the past. More
