I went to Herb Chambers in Seekonk i I dealt with Brian Delsesto with my new car purchase recently and couldn't say one bad thing about my experience. I went to Herb Chambers in Seekonk in search for an exact car; 2014 Civic EX-L in black. Even though they didn't have this car in stock, he found one and had it at the dealership within 24 hours (this was not an easy car to find, I know this because I had been searching myself!). Unfortunately Seekonk is a far commute for me, so being able to talk to Brian over the phone to work most every thing out was very helpful. He made the whole process extremely easy and always got back to me when he said he would. He took his time explaining everything and didn't laugh at my stupid questions! I appreciate all the help I have received and would recommend to anyone! Brian is an asset to this company! And I love my new Civic :) More

Brian Delsesto's review I had been looking for a used car to replace our older SUV. While browsing through Auto Trader I came across a used certified Honda CRV that was adver I had been looking for a used car to replace our older SUV. While browsing through Auto Trader I came across a used certified Honda CRV that was advertised by Herb Chambers. I then called my brother, who buys a new car every 3/4 years from Herb Chambers and he gave me Brian Delsesto's cell phone number. I called Brian and made arrangements to meet him at the dealership. I introduced myself to Brian and told him which vehicle I was interested in. Brian quickly accommodated me by bringing the car out front so I could look at it and take it for a test drive. Being a certified vehicle, the car sold itself. Brian Delsesto was very polite, courteous and very professional. I'm sure Brian had other matters pending but you would never know it. Brian Delsesto the epitomy of customer satisfaction Recently I purchased my third Honda Civic Ex (a 2014) from Herb Chambers, with the sale of the last handled the last two vehicles handled by Brian De Recently I purchased my third Honda Civic Ex (a 2014) from Herb Chambers, with the sale of the last handled the last two vehicles handled by Brian Delsesto. I can not offer enough positive statements about Brian. I provided him with a list of options I wished to have, namely a moon roof and heated seats and Brain showed me the Civic Ex-L. The Ex-L was slightly outside of my budget, with the heated seats necessitating the jump from an Ex to the Ex-L. I really wanted the heated seats but had to stay with in budget. Not a problem Brian arranged for heated seats to be installed in the Ex keeping me within by budget and providing me with exactly what I wanted. This pleasant, articulate young man has gone the "extra mile" for me for my last two purchases. The technology incorporated in the 2014 Ex had jumped exponentially from the 2011 I had previously purchased. I was a little intimidated unfortunately, you see I am a dial up kind of guy in a wireless world. Not a problem! Brain was able to explain the capability and function in simple terms making its operation easy to use. He is well informed on the operation and capabilities of the vehicles. He took the time (without my asking him to) to synch my I-phone and program some data to get me started. Again, without my asking. As for the usual purchase process, brain had all the paperwork completed on my arrival to speed the purchase an delivery of new Ex. I have recommended Brain to coworkers, friends and family. As long as Brain \works for herb Chambers he will be my sole salesman. More

I visited Cardinal Honda, Westbrook Honda and I bought a car from Herb Chambers Honda of Seekonk because of Brian. I was ready to visit other dealerships in Boston but Brian closed me. He did jump thru hoops to make sure I got the car that night. He needed the Finance Team and the Service Dept. team to help him and they did. In the meantime I ate ice cream (free from the showroom). We closed the shop. A few days later I returned to get my registration papers and got plenty of help as well. So I am happy Herb Chambers Honda of Seekonk customer. More

Before I walked into Herb Chambers Honda, I went to seven other dealerships. At those places, I was either let down by their inventory or thrown off by the hard line sales pitch. 30 minutes after I walked other dealerships. Brian was helpful and professional. The dealership had a huge inventory and the quality of the cars were far superior than all of the other places I visited.
