Make sure you check your air filter, fluids, and anything else they claim they will do for you. They did not fill up my fluids and did not change our air filter as asked previously. I wasn’t going to post due to an agreement I had with the leadership but they have now failed again on upholding their agreement. This is very disappointing. Might have to start using a different location. More

I am a Mazda girl all the way . . . driving two Miata's over the last 20 years as well as servicing my cars with Sport Mazda, but it was time to make a change and I purchased the CX . . driving two Miata's over the last 20 years as well as servicing my cars with Sport Mazda, but it was time to make a change and I purchased the CX-30 Turbo. Brian in the service area put me in touch with Jose in sales and the rest is history. Going from a 2007 Miata to a 2024 CX-30 was an adjustment in terms of the tech built into the car, but no problem, Beth in Customer Service set up an appointment to in-service me on learning my new car. This dealership operates as a team with the customer experience being the number one goal . . . and it shows! Whether it is service or sales, I know I am going to be taken care of. Shout out to Jose and Beth for going above and beyond! More

I was in a situation where I needed to get into a car quick. From the moment I walked into the dealership, Paul and Jose went above and beyond to assist me. They understood my urgency and worked incredibly fast to get me into a car I absolutely love. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and stress-free. Their professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction are unmatched. I couldn't be happier with my car and the exceptional service I received. Employee who works at the services department are just not polite and always have an attitude whenever I ask a question.. I had to bring my car back in more than 3 times for the same issue. I always expla not polite and always have an attitude whenever I ask a question.. I had to bring my car back in more than 3 times for the same issue. I always explain that they won’t feel vibration on the steering wheel due to the fact they do not drive the car every day like I do. Another common issue was the AC Motor first time they clean it and the second time they replace the motor and bringing it back the third time for the same issue. Absolutely horrible experience. My 2015 Mazda CX-9 was taken there for repairs due to a break in. My vehicle had 3" of water on the floorboards, water in the doors, seats soaked, wo My 2015 Mazda CX-9 was taken there for repairs due to a break in. My vehicle had 3" of water on the floorboards, water in the doors, seats soaked, wouldn't start, among other things. There were delays due to Christmas and New Year, and my insurance, however, once repairs were finally "completed", I went to check my vehicle as I was told it was complete, and it was not. The entire carpet had been replaced, yet it was wet in multiple places and the carpet had black residue coming off when I run my finger across it. The automatic window was not working. They ignition key cover was gone. My front seats smelled damp and moldy. Additionally, the items in my vehicle, such as the owners manual in the glove box, was covered in mold. I was obviously upset and brought it to the attention of the gentleman I had been working with, as well as the service manager. I was advised that they did not do mold remediation there, so they couldn't do anything about that. Then I was told they will complete the work properly and they would be in touch. They submitted an additional supplement to my insurance stating there were additional electrical problems all of a sudden, which resulted in my vehicle being a total loss. I was without my vehicle for nearly 2 months, which would have been less had the work been completed properly the first time or the "new issues" found. I absolutely do not recommend Sport Mazda North Service. Had I been naive and took them at their word upon my initial check, who knows the issues I would have now, resulting in, yet again, more time without a vehicle. More
