I was standing outside for 10 minutes in the cold waiting for my car. I was able to get the manger's attention and he found the keys and handled the situation. More

Oil Change was quick no complaints. Called to schedule an oil change, was able to make an appointment same day. My vehicle was seen on time and was serviced at the time of the appointmen Called to schedule an oil change, was able to make an appointment same day. My vehicle was seen on time and was serviced at the time of the appointment. Was in and out in no time at all. Says a lot about stateline compared to other Subaru dealers locally where I have been stuck for hours on a scheduled oil change. Will be back to stateline for all my oil changes. They have made a new return customer. Thank you! More

Poor communication and follow-through Stateline serviced my Subaru adequately, but were very slow in completing the paperwork and letting me know the car was ready. They also did a state inspection, but the tech lost my registration and it took almost half an hour to locate it -- he'd put it back in the wrong car! Training and supervision could be much improved. More

The $1000 oil change (necessary, but oof) I came in for an oil change and ended up needing a lot more done... but Brian was really transparent and helpful about it! He explained why I really n I came in for an oil change and ended up needing a lot more done... but Brian was really transparent and helpful about it! He explained why I really needed to do all the things right then, and when I expressed concern about costs he did what he could to bring the costs down for me. In my past experience I’ve often felt like I’m taken advantage of at car service places (as a young woman) and Brian doesn’t make me feel like that - I really trust him. So even if dealership prices are a bit higher than elsewhere I come back for Brian. More
