Fairly quick Went in to get my Forester fixed they were pretty quick in and out in about an hour and a half. I did notice that my car was sitting for about 15 minu Went in to get my Forester fixed they were pretty quick in and out in about an hour and a half. I did notice that my car was sitting for about 15 minutes after it was fixed but I could tell they were busy and I’m not an unreasonable person. Overall it was a painless experience. More

Slow and no resolution They can't seem to fix the same issue my new Subaru has had since I purchased it. Also, at the end of the last service appointment they couldn't find They can't seem to fix the same issue my new Subaru has had since I purchased it. Also, at the end of the last service appointment they couldn't find my car. The rep walked around the dealership parking lot clicking my remote, and found it on the far end of the lot among their sale cars. This convinced me that they didn't even look at it, and simply repeated what they said at other appointments. I won't return to their service station, or purchase another Subaru. More
