I purchased 2022 MDX with A-Spec® Package from Hall Acura Newport News a couple of years ago. My overall dealership (sales and service) experience had moments of good and bad, as nothing is perfect. I had to engage management when things did not go well or meet my expectations. The Service Manager, Brett W. handled my concerns when the incorrect color roof rails were installed and provided a resolution. I recently learned the dealership is no longer under Hall (Mile One) and now Southern Acura. Upon taking my car in for its oil change service, I was advised the Hall Rewards could not be used and the lifetime perks that Southern Acura advertises does not apply for customers who purchased a vehicle from Hall. I chatted with the General Sales Manager (Darrius Y.) while waiting on my car and he told me to attain the perks, I would need to purchase a new vehicle. Unfortunately, the 2024 MDX has not changed much from 2022, so it would not be in my best interest to get a new one just like it. I have no interest in the other Acura models. It may be a little inconvenience, but I will need to take my car to Hall Acura VA Beach to utilize my Hall Rewards and interact with a dealership who can fully see all of my 2022 MDX history. More

I can say, this is the best Auto dealership in the 757. Service, sales are all outstanding. I been coming for 10 years. I have purchased 6 different vehicles for myself and my family. Berna and team did an amazing job taking our car in without an appointment due to a faulty trunk latch. The fix took a couple of days to complete, but Berna provided us with a loaner vehicle and made u without an appointment due to a faulty trunk latch. She called each day with updates on progress and reassured us everything was on track. I am so glad we took our vehicle in to Southern Acura Newport News and even more appreciative of staff like Berna who treat customers like family! More
