You garage is the worst, you make appointment to see someone to make the real appointment. Even then we were told we didn't have one until a pulled my phone ans proved it. I don't trust your company. I purchased my 2018 Buick Encore new from Southern Buick . Have always had my vehicle serviced here . Not always satisfied but never felt like they were dishonest until last visit 01/09/2025. I was advised . Have always had my vehicle serviced here . Not always satisfied but never felt like they were dishonest until last visit 01/09/2025. I was advised they were busy and 3 mechanics had called out. I left my vehicle for service and tire rotation . Jeri was to call when ready . I received a text in just a little over an hour it was ready. After having lunch and shopping I returned to pick my vehicle up. Went in and was advised my vehicle needed some work. Service and tire rotation was complete. I noticed as soon as I approached my car the tires had not been rotated .Adviser and Paper work had indicated it was completed . I showed adviser how I knew it had not been done. Adviser takes my car back and eventually was completed. I called Brett the manager few weeks later . After gathering my composer .He was happy to hear that the rotation was completed. My question/concern was can I trust I actually got a oil change. Brett asked is there oil in your car. I replied Yes but is it new oil ? He assured me he would not have them working there if he couldn't trust them . But can I trust them ? More

The service Manager, Joe is completely untrustworthy, and a straight up LIAR! After speaking with his associates, Dan and Antwan, letting us know that the department did NOT even know our vehicle was incorre a straight up LIAR! After speaking with his associates, Dan and Antwan, letting us know that the department did NOT even know our vehicle was incorrect logged, and that they had filed the paperwork incorrectly, this guy Joe proceeds to tell us that after a month with the vehicle everything is as planned. Joe specifically should NOT be in this position. Do Not trust or use Southern Gmc of Greenbrier to service your vehicle. Additionally, because of the new Owners mismanagement, it only gets worse. BEWARE! More
