Hello, everyone! My name is Bret Hines and I am a Service Advisor who has worked in the automotive industry for 30 years. In June of 2009, I became a part of the Rallye BMW team. Known as a nice, honest, and genuine guy who loves to joke around, but always gets the job done. My customers and co-workers can depend on me to help when needed. I am never pushy and always upfront; only sell our customers what they truly need. Making sure the vehicles of our guests are handled in a timely manner is my priority. A little about myself: I studied at SUNY Farmingdale. Enjoy discussions about muscle cars. I’m a big fan of the New York Rangers. Softball is one of my favorite hobbies. I also like going to car shows – I own a classic 1967 Chevy Chevelle. I have a true passion for helping others, which makes this the perfect career choice for me.

It's always a good feeling to have my car in the Rallye BMW workshop. The only thing I have with them is that they always have some excuse not to give me a loaner car, sometimes my car stays for weeks wait BMW workshop. This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had with an auto dealership. I first brought my car in on December 27 for my annual maintenance. I was told they may not get to my car that day as they w with an auto dealership. I first brought my car in on December 27 for my annual maintenance. I was told they may not get to my car that day as they were backed up from the holiday. I eventually took my car back on the 30th when I could not be told when it would be ready and rescheduled it for Jan 17th. Bret was not working so Anthony was my new POC, he was honest and told me again that they might not get to my car that day but that he would keep me informed. When I did not hear from him I called on the 20th for an update at noon where I was told he was with a customer and would call me back shortly. When I had not heard from him by 2:30 I called back and was able to speak to him and he told me he had no idea when my car would be ready. I followed up with him on the 21st and he finally told me that my car was going to be looked at. I then received a video showing me my car and I followed up with Anthony to see if everything was OK and he told me yes. My wife, who had been tracking the car saw that it was about 15 miles away from the dealer and that the driver window was down and the temperature was well below freezing. I asked Anthony what was going on and asked him to call me. He told me that they drive every car to reset codes, I asked him if he was sure that they drive every car 30 miles to reset codes and he said yes, I asked him to send me a text to document this and I am still waiting for that. Bret is usually good service advisor. However this time the claim he submitted to warranty company was not appropriate. Rallye did the service but unable to setup the service date.. they However this time the claim he submitted to warranty company was not appropriate. Rallye did the service but unable to setup the service date.. they could have setup dashboard date via Computer. .i think they charge tax on diagnostic charges. I am upset this time. Rallye BMW is my favorite. I don’t know what to say they charge me too much but nothing date was not setup. I asked Bret ask advisor to change the parking lamp. Bret asked $265 labor charge for changing parking lamp. I changed my self parking lamp in 1 min and 30 seconds. This is totally upset me this time. More
