Outstanding job by Brent Livingston! Brent Livingston did such a great job in handling my leasing needs! He was fast, courteous and knowledgeable. In two visits, less than two hours total, I test drove the cars I was interested in, made my choice, got through all the paper work and was on my way with my new Rav4! Brent Livingston was straightforward and forthcoming with me during my buying time for a new Prius. His manner was respectful and he answered my concerns well. He is clearly knowledgeable about Toyota products. Now about LIA Toyota as a dealership: Please do not pressure customers as you did me by giving me "...until December 15th" to take advantage of a discount deal. I had to commit more than 2/3 of my entire yearly NET income! Just state that a discount is subject to "First come, first served." Worst leasing experience in history of leasing cars Went to the dealership based on invite for a special event for dealership to buy back Camrys. Waited for over an hour and a half to still be waiting t Went to the dealership based on invite for a special event for dealership to buy back Camrys. Waited for over an hour and a half to still be waiting to even talk with someone so we walked out. Received a call from floor person asking if we just left (which they were on point to call us as soon as we walked out) to say a salesperson was now available... after wasting our Saturday morning driving 40minutes to this “event” waiting 1.5hrs to not even talk with someone because all the salespeople “were busy” we did not turn around and instead proceeded to Northway Toyota to meet with them and discuss options for trading in our lease. Sales manager, Vince from Lia persistently texted stating their apologies and desire to meet and work with us. Long story short, ignorant us fell for Lia’s sales gimmick and went with them for trading in lease and starting new lease... credit checks were inaccurate on their end, lack of communication to customer after promising to call with updates, merged applications to have a co-applicant and applicant when we purposely did not fill out co-applicant portion and requested individual rates for leasing, transferred insurance and plates over to new vehcile before our agreement and before deliberatly hiding from us that the rate was going to be higher than agreed upon. Their responses were pure nonsense “I was off,” “he is off today,” “oh, I thought you wanted to keep your old plates,” (even though a 2+ minute convo occurred regarding this) and the typical car salesman line....”we are LOSING money on this deal..,” or “we are paying one month, it’s a 36-month lease, you are only paying 35 months” - yeah because WE PAID the first month when we were there two days prior. Overall, the people (Vince, Joe, and Brent) were friendly people, but fake, lacked communication with the customer, provided misleading/untruthful information, and was just not a fair experience. Awesome service Brent was so good in managing my son's transition from leasing a car to buying one. He was not at all aggressive or "pushy"and sold my son a beautifu Brent was so good in managing my son's transition from leasing a car to buying one. Recently I decided I This was my second time back to buy from Lia and from Brent personally. My first Toyota was a 2008 Tacoma I bought 10 years ago. Recently I decided I needed to buy a bigger truck and wanted to go with a 2018 Tundra TRD. Both times Brent was professional, helpful and has gone above and beyond making both of my purchase a great buying experience. I walked it, made a deal and drove my new vehicle away in about 4 1/2 hours. I’ll definitely recommend Brent to both family and friends. And when my kids are old enough to drive and if Brent is still around, I told him I’d be back. He’s the kind of trustworthy salesperson you look for when buying a vehicle. So, if you’re in need of a great vehicle and a salesperson that will make your buying experience a pleasure, look no further and give Brent a call! More

Scammed. Thought I'd get a great deal. Looked that way. But was asked to come back later 'cause they were busy & had lots of deliveries to make that day. Came Thought I'd get a great deal. Looked that way. But was asked to come back later 'cause they were busy & had lots of deliveries to make that day. Came back at 6 and they were even busier. At the last minute, shortly before closing time, a young kid asked me to sign a flurry of papers after I had already given the dealer my old car's keys to "register the new car" including one that snuck by me that led to $1,850 more in deferred expenses than expected. Found out about that weeks later when TFS sent me the bills. More
