This dealership has no regards for any of its clients. They simply don't care about anyone else but themselves. I wasted 4 hours out of my only day off to go and find out that the price on their website a They simply don't care about anyone else but themselves. I wasted 4 hours out of my only day off to go and find out that the price on their website and I was told on the phone (MSP) was the wrong price and the actual price is + $10,000.00 dealer markup in addition to the MSRP!!! Don't waste your time. A bunch of inconsiderate liars!!!!! More

I have been buying and now leasing my cars from Lia Toyota since early 70's and never had any problems. Your service dept. takes wonderful care of my car and always ready to serve my needs and my requests. I will only drive Toyota cars until I am unable to drive any more hopefully forever. I get good gas mileage, has all the safety features that I need, smooth riding car. I feel like a queen driving my new car. Vince gave me a wonderful deal and I can keep my monthly payments within my budget restraints. Thanks "guys" for your excellent service. Never again! Sales rep told me upon delivery that "they lost the spare key". Advised they would call in a few days when they found it. No call! Finally almost one week later he called to tell me they would have to order a new fob because they could not locate the spare one. He stated it would only take a few days. More than one week later, nothing from the dealership. I called parts and they advised it was in. Upon delivery of the vehicle (heavy rain that day) I discovered when I got home and pulled in the garage that the exterior had pine needles under the hood and hatchback! There were also scuffs and scratches on the bumper! Not to mention the Hybrid Plug-in vehicle I purchased was not delivered fully charged. Multiple attempts to contact sales rep and no response! Never again! Not if they were the last car dealer on the planet! I will not recommend them to anyone!! More
