ALL THEY HAD TO DO IS BE UP FRONT WITH ME SAYING THEY HAD COMPUTER ISSUES AND I WAS WELCOME TO WAIT OR RESCHEDULE. NO AFTER 2 HOURS I WAS LIED TOO. TOOK ANOTHER HOUR BEFORE THEY CHANGED THE OIL. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WILL NOT BE COMING THERE AGAIN FOR AN OIL CHANGE. AT THE FORD HOUSE IT COST MORE BUT A LEAST THEY DONT LIE AND DO A FULL SERVICE OF MY CAR. More
