Service was great. They took my keys as soon as I got there, set expectations for wait time, and even had me put a little early. Everyone was friendly and courteous. We had a wonderful experience at Subaru North Tampa. The staff was friendly, and welcoming. Brandon worked with us to get the price we needed on the car we wanted. This is our first Subaru, and the cust The staff was friendly, and welcoming. Brandon worked with us to get the price we needed on the car we wanted. This is our first Subaru, and the customer service alone created a great first impression that I hope to be a forever Subaru family. Brandon and Yusuf were very helpful in answering my many questions. They were knowledgeable and did not push or pressure us. I have not had a better experience at any other dealership. Brandon treated me like I was stupid Told me I didn’t and couldn’t have the problem I was having Yet it’s listed as a known intermittent problem Also complained right when I met him how people pissed him off couldn’t have the problem I was having Yet it’s listed as a known intermittent problem Also complained right when I met him how people pissed him off all coming in after Hurricane Milton Var was not fixed just gave me $4000 dollars of unrelated fixes Two Subarus both went to xxxx at 60,000 I’d never step foot in this dealership again let alone buy a Subaru Unprofessional Rude and not helpful If I or my wife does you will pay More
