The service department is one of the worst i have ever dealt with. They forgot my car was checked in for service, I had to call and tell them. Then they didn't work on it until the next day, 38 hours afte dealt with. They forgot my car was checked in for service, I had to call and tell them. Then they didn't work on it until the next day, 38 hours after drop off. Tried to pick up my vehicle and it now has a multitude of problems that aren't related to the original service work. The vehicle is now un-drivable and the service advisor was only concerned with going on lunch. Unknown if they will even fix the new problems THEY created on parts of the car they weren't supposed to touch. More

Would have liked a courtesy inspection on vehicle, first time visit with new/used vehicle. Good thing I had my own plastic seat cover, grease on seat would have happened.
